Xiaomi Vacuum Mop 2 Pro Sensor Issue—Not Fixed After 10 Repairs

My Xiaomi Vacuum Mop 2 Pro has had a collision sensor error since I purchased it. I sent it to Evofone service center 10 times, but they failed to fix the issue each time. They repeatedly claimed they had "tested" it and found no problem, yet the vacuum still does not work properly.

I even sent it to Evofone in Ankara, but they were unable to solve the problem. At one point, they replaced the motherboard, yet the issue persists. Eventually, I took my case to the Consumer Arbitration Board, which ruled in favor of a replacement, but Evofone still has not taken action.

Xiaomi and Evofone, resolve this issue immediately! Buyers, beware—your device may remain faulty even after multiple repairs!
