I Face Xiaomi Mop 2 Pro Fails to Map Rooms and Shows “Positioning” Warning
I have been using my Xiaomi Mop 2 Pro robot vacuum for about one month, and it frequently displays a “positioning” error, failing to locate itself properly. The device wanders randomly around the rooms, cleaning without following a mapped route. I tried cleaning the sensors and the device as recommended, but the problem persists with no improvement.
Since the warranty period has expired, I have not received any technical support yet. I use the device in Karabük city center, and this issue occurs during almost every cleaning cycle, causing constant inconvenience.
I request that the product be repaired free of charge, as the malfunction appears to be a recurring technical fault. I still have the purchase invoice and can share it if necessary.
I expect a quick and effective resolution to this issue.
