Xiaomi S10+ Robot Vacuum Multiple Faults - Request Full Replacement

On 26.12.2023 I purchased a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ from Mi store. From almost the beginning, the device has constantly had problems and I have had to send it to service again and again. Within this short period, I have faced many different faults such as sensor problems, charging issues, wet cleaning system problems and water motor problems. Because of these recurring issues, I have already sent the robot to service six times. I have service documents for these repairs, and some of the service dates are 08.07.2024, 19.10.2024, 23.01.2025, 24.09.2025 and 02.12.2025. Despite all these repairs, the device still does not work reliably. I believe this is a production quality problem, because it is not normal for a robot vacuum to go to service almost every three months. Yesterday I had to send it again to service due to another sensor problem, and I have completely lost my trust in this product. For these reasons, I request a free replacement of my Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ with a new device, as continuous repairs have not solved the problem and the product has not provided a trouble‑free usage experience.
