On September 9, 2025, an unauthorized charge of 1,799 TL was made to my Garanti Bank credit card through Nomupay for the S Sport Plus platform.
This transaction does not belong to me and was carried out without my knowledge or consent.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted Garanti Bank customer service, requested the cancellation of my credit card, and demanded that this unauthorized transaction be reversed. I also have a screenshot from my banking app that clearly shows this charge.
I hereby request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and the full amount refunded to my account. I urge the responsible parties to investigate this matter urgently and prevent further fraudulent activity.
