PHILIPS Device Returned Without Proper Inspection Or Technical Evaluation



I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the recent service process of my Philips device. The technician who handled the device informed me that he would record a video while testing the device himself and send this video to the technical team, after which they would decide whether further repair was required. However, according to his own statement, this video was never actually sent. Despite this, I was later told that the device only required cleaning and it was returned to me. This clearly indicates that no qualified expert properly examined or evaluated the device. The decision appears to have been made without any real technical inspection, which is unacceptable. I entrusted the service process to authorized personnel expecting a professional and accurate assessment, not assumptions made without proper review. I am concerned that my device issue has not been genuinely addressed, and I request: A clear explanation of how the decision was made without the promised video or a documented expert inspection. Confirmation of who evaluated the device and on what basis. A proper technical re-examination of the device by a qualified specialist.
