Track718 Shows Delivered Status for Missing Order
On October 10, 2025, I placed an order for a jacket and boots from catterpilartr.com. I paid $90 using my Yapı Kredi credit card. After placing the order, I was given tracking number JZHY18691652441 and informed that the shipment would be handled by Track718.
However, even though nearly one month has passed, the products have not been delivered to me. I tried to contact both the shipping company and the website, but I have received no response at all. The tracking system shows the order as “delivered,” yet I never received any products.
During this process, I have been left without my order and without anyone to contact. I am requesting a full refund and expect the responsible parties to urgently assist in resolving this issue.
