Track718 Shows In Transit but Faina Order Is Missing
My order with code AX1000462472CD, which I placed on October 14, 2025 through the website Faina, still hasn’t reached me even though 32 days have passed. I paid $70 for this order. When I check the tracking link, the shipment status continuously shows “in transit,” but no actual delivery has been made.
Due to the excessive delay and the lack of any clear information about the process, I have been seriously inconvenienced. I am requesting clear and accurate information about the status of my order and asking that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible. If delivery is not possible, I demand a full refund of the $70 I paid.
