Kärcher Steam Cleaner Overheats Again After Warranty Repair
I purchased a Kärcher SC Deluxe EasyFix steam cleaner from Trendyol, and I am experiencing a recurring and serious issue with this device. On October 15, 2025, the product overheated excessively, and a part broke as a result. I contacted Kärcher at that time, and the broken part was repaired under warranty. Unfortunately, the same problem has occurred again. The device once again overheated severely, and the same part broke for a second time. I find it extremely concerning that such a safety-related issue has repeated itself on a product of this brand, especially after it was already repaired once. I have been informed that the warranty period has now expired, meaning the first failure was covered but the second one is not. However, since this is a recurring defect of the same nature and directly related to overheating, I do not believe it should be considered normal wear and tear. I respectfully request that Kärcher either repair the device free of charge as a goodwill gesture or provide a replacement unit, so that I can continue using the product safely. I expect this recurring defect to be taken seriously and resolved without causing additional financial burden to me.
