Philips Airfryer Leaks Excessive Air From Lid

I purchased a Philips HD9285/96 5000 Series Airfryer through Hepsiburada, and it was delivered to me on August 18, 2025. I use the product in Niğde city center. Since the very first day, there has been an excessive air leakage from the sides of the lid during operation. A friend of mine uses the same Airfryer model and does not experience this issue at all, while the problem with my device has continued consistently. Regarding this issue, I contacted the Philips authorized service center several times for technical inspection and even showed them the problem through video recordings. Despite this, I was told that the situation is “normal.” However, given that the same model does not have this problem and that my device leaks so much air from the sides, I do not believe this is normal under any circumstances. Because of this approach, I am also very dissatisfied with the Philips authorized service. I believe the product is defective, and therefore I request that my device be replaced with a new one. If necessary, I ask that a detailed technical inspection be carried out and that my unit be replaced with a properly functioning product.
