On September 8, 2025, an unauthorized charge of 380.40 TL was made to my Ziraat Bank credit card through Nomupay Alpos Teknoloji.
I did not authorize this transaction, nor did I subscribe to any service, make a purchase, or enter into any agreement that would justify this charge. The payment was carried out entirely without my knowledge or consent.
I attempted to contact customer service but could not reach anyone, leaving me with no guidance on how to resolve this issue.
I urgently request that this transaction be investigated, that the 380.40 TL amount withdrawn from my card be fully refunded, and that proper security measures be taken to ensure this does not happen again.
