Track718 Order Shows Delivered Despite No Actual Shipment
On September 25, 2025, I ordered a jacket from aloyogaoutlet.com.tr and paid $113. My order number is 1161758821191483798. Even though the delivery address is Yenimahalle, Ankara, I still have not received my product after two months. Today, I received an email stating that the order was delivered, but no delivery actually took place. I have tracking records and evidence showing that the product was not delivered.
I tried to contact customer service by email, but I have received no response at all. I cannot reach anyone or establish any form of communication.
I am requesting that my product be delivered to me immediately, or, if that is not possible, that a full refund be issued. I kindly ask that this matter be handled urgently.
