Track718 and Seller Unreachable After Missing Delivery
My order from Alo Yoga China, shipped via Track718 with tracking number HG1000523501DH, shows as “delivered” in the system on November 27, but the product never reached me. No delivery was made to my address, and no note or notification was left at my door.
I paid approximately $129 for this order. I tried to contact both the seller and the shipping company, but I cannot reach anyone—emails can’t even be sent. There is no available channel where I can report or resolve this issue.
Since there is a record showing “delivered” for a product that was never actually delivered, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. I also want the shipping company and the seller to thoroughly investigate whether this product was truly delivered and resolve my situation as soon as possible.
