Track718 Needs to Refund or Deliver Undelivered Order
On October 25, 2025, I placed an order for a wardrobe cabinet on the website Track718. I paid approximately €56 by credit card, and I was given the order number YH251880700951CN. However, even though more than a month has passed, the product has still not been delivered to me.
When I tried to contact the company, I could not find any phone number. I attempted to reach them multiple times by email, but I never received any response and was unable to get any information about the status of my order.
I am requesting either a full refund of the amount I paid or that my wardrobe cabinet be delivered to me as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the shipping process and the lack of communication.
