Agoda Unauthorized Transaction of ₺16,688.06 on My Credit Card
On September 5, 2025, at 00:17, a charge of ₺16,688.06 was made on my Garanti Bonus MasterCard ending in 9037 through your platform. I want to make it absolutely clear that this transaction was not made with my knowledge or consent. For security reasons, all of my cards have since been blocked.
I intend to file a formal complaint with the authorities later this morning regarding the individual(s) responsible for this unauthorized payment. In the meantime, I request that Agoda cancel and reverse this transaction immediately and provide me with confirmation of the cancellation.
I expect your urgent support and a prompt update regarding this matter. Allowing unauthorized charges of this scale without proper safeguards is unacceptable, and I trust Agoda will act quickly to resolve this issue.
