Booking.com Charged My Card Without Consent and I Demand a Full Refund

On April 25, 2025, a charge was made to my credit card through BKG*Hotel at Booking.com without my knowledge or approval. I did not authorize this transaction, and I am demanding a full refund for the amount taken.
What concerns me even more is that this transaction went through without any mobile confirmation from my side. I find it extremely troubling and believe there may be a serious security vulnerability either at Booking.com or Garanti Bankası — or both.
I demand that Booking.com immediately investigate this unauthorized charge and refund the full amount to my card. Customers must be protected from unauthorized transactions, and this issue needs urgent correction!
