HelloTalk App Fails to Load Messages on Android Device

For the past few days, I have been experiencing serious problems with my HelloTalk account. I use HelloTalk on an Android device (vivo 2015), and since last Monday, I have not been able to use my account properly. I cannot see any of my messages, my HelloTalk ID is not visible, and I am not receiving any new messages at all. My HelloTalk user ID is @hi_levi97. Because of these issues, I am unable to communicate with my contacts on the app, and I am concerned about losing important conversations and connections. I have not been able to contact HelloTalk support, as I am unsure how to reach you directly from within the app while it is not functioning correctly. I kindly request that my account be checked, that I be given a clear explanation of what caused this issue, that full access to my account be restored, and that my messages be recovered if possible, so everything can return to normal. I would like my account to function as it did before, with my ID visible and my messages sending and receiving without any problems.
