On August 16, 2025, an unauthorized payment of 262.60 TL was charged to my Akbank credit card under the description “Nomu PAY/ALPOS Tekno Istanbul.”
This transaction was carried out without my knowledge or consent. The details and proof of this payment are clearly visible on my account statement. It was a one-time charge, and I have never experienced a similar issue before. No additional fees or card blocks occurred apart from this unauthorized transaction.
I would also like to point out that the transaction location shows as Istanbul. I have not yet contacted Akbank or Nomu Pay customer service.
I demand that this fraudulent charge be immediately reversed and that the full amount of 262.60 TL be refunded to my account without delay.
