Waterlife Water Purifier Unresolved Problems

I have been using a Waterlife water purifier, and the last few weeks have been a nightmare. In September 2022, I asked for a new filter and had to wait days for it to come. After the change, there was too much water coming out, but when I called Waterlife, they said there was no problem. Even though we tried to get in touch with them many times, they never came to check on the device, and our water bills went up to 400-450 per month. We hired a master to check the plumbing and found that the problem was not with how it was installed. Even though Waterlife service staff said there was no problem, we found that the dirty water never stopped flowing. After many calls and tries, the service person finally came and replaced a broken part, but the problem kept coming back. We kept having low water flow, and the person who came to fix it said it was because of low mains pressure. This month, we got another bill for 350, but the water treatment device still didn't stop the dirty water. Even though we called the Waterlife center many times, they never called us back or gave us a solution. Waterlife's mistake has cost us about 1,500, including the cost of the installer, but they haven't taken responsibility or given us any money yet.
