Water Life Non-Electric Pump Model Became Unusable Despite Recent Filter Change
I am a user of the Water Life non-electric pump home water purifier, and despite replacing the filters just four months ago, the water now comes out in a thin trickle. When I contacted the company to report the issue, I was told that a technician visit was required and that I would need to pay a 750 TL service fee, with any additional parts also being charged separately. This is completely unreasonable, as the device should not be failing so soon after a filter change. At this point, the Water Life purifier has become useless for me, and instead of providing reliable after-sales service, the company seems more focused on charging customers extra fees. I feel misled and disappointed with a product that should have delivered convenience but instead has caused only frustration and extra costs.
