Solflare Cold Wallet Still Restricted Despite Paid Tax Fee

I purchased Usual coin through a Solflare cold wallet. I was asked to pay a tax-related fee, which I did. When I later asked for an update on the status of the process, I was informed that the tax amount I paid would be refunded to my account.

However, I paid that amount specifically so the tax would be settled and I could use my coins. Now, instead of completing the process, they are trying to refund the payment, which will only delay the process even further.

What I want is for the transaction to be completed as soon as possible and for the restriction on my cold wallet transaction to be lifted, so that I can access and use the coins I purchased.
