Waterlife After-Sales Support is Poor

Waterlife is a regrettable choice. They have an unprofessional system. They don't even listen to you on the phone; you speak, but on the other end, they're probably muting you. They claim you made a conversation you never had. Nobody ever called me to request an additional fee, yet I'm scolded on the phone, being told, "my friend informed you." All the employees act like bosses. However, if I write here, they call me for a solution. Since the day I bought it (for four different households), they have caused problems every year. I used to replace filters because they claimed they were original, but not anymore. You have plenty of alternatives.
