Solflare Cold Wallet Transfer to Binance Delayed Beyond 10 Business Days

Solflare states that my cold wallet transactions have been transferred to Binance, but it has now been more than 10 business days, and the transactions are still not completed. I cannot find out why the process has not finished or where it is currently stuck.

I have been unable to reach either Solflare cold wallet support or Binance representatives, so I cannot get any clear information about the status of my transactions. This lack of communication has caused me serious concern and inconvenience.

I am requesting that my transactions be completed immediately, and that I be given a clear explanation as to why the process has taken longer than stated and what the current status is.
