Solflare Promised Same-Day Swap but Delayed Funds for Weeks
On January 6, 2025, Solflare requested $3,775 from me in order to swap my coin. I paid this amount to them as requested. Even though they initially told us that the swap would be completed at the same time, they later said that the funds would appear in my account within 3–10 business days. As of today, 16 business days have passed.
The swap has still not been completed, and no information or update has been provided to us. We clearly stated that we only accepted the swap if it was done the same day, so the current day’s price would apply. Despite this, we have received no response.
If Solflare is not going to complete the swap, I want them to say so clearly. Otherwise, I will file official legal complaints with the relevant authorities and share this situation on social media, including their emails, so that others do not experience the same issue I am facing.
