Mercedes CLA 350 Electric Safety And Sensor Faults Ignored By Service
I purchased a brand new Mercedes CLA 350 4Matic Electric in Istanbul, Turkey, and despite the vehicle being almost new (about two months since delivery), I have been facing several serious issues. There is a disturbing noise coming from the climate control system, multiple sensors are malfunctioning, and some of the driving assistance systems only work intermittently. The voice command/voice response system also does not function properly. The most critical and worrying problem for us is that the rear windows suddenly open by themselves and do not close, which creates a serious safety and security risk. For these problems, I have already visited authorized services in Istanbul, specifically Birollar and Gülsoy. However, the services did not accept these issues properly and did not take responsibility. The same attitude was also reflected when I contacted Mercedes customer service/importer; they only told me to visit the services again and offered no additional or concrete solution beyond what has already been done, even though the problems persist. My expectation from Mercedes is that all these faults on my vehicle are fully and definitively resolved under warranty without any additional cost. If these issues cannot be permanently repaired or if they continue to reoccur, I request that my vehicle be replaced with a fault-free one or that my money be refunded. I expect this situation to be taken seriously and handled urgently, especially considering the safety risk posed by the rear windows opening on their own.
