I purchased two hats and a pajama bottom from the UCLA brand, trusting their quality, but was extremely disappointed. Both hats quickly developed sun damage, and the pajama’s inner lining came apart while the front patch fell off entirely. This level of poor craftsmanship is unacceptable for a reputable brand.

Although my spouse contacted customer service and a refund was promised, the payment has not been issued, and we are unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue. I had faith in UCLA’s quality and expected better customer support. I request an immediate resolution to this matter, including the refund owed to me. Addressing this issue promptly would help restore trust in the brand.
