BDG Bank Didn’t Credit My 4,000 INR Deposit
I hold a bank account with Bdg, identified with customer ID 13665891. On 05/01/2026, I deposited 4,000 INR into my Bdg bank account, but this amount has still not been credited to my account. After realizing that the deposit did not appear, I tried to reach Bdg customer care, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of information and support is causing me serious concern, as this is my own money and I have no clarity about its status. I request that my missing deposit of 4,000 INR be located and immediately credited to my Bdg bank account, and that I be informed in writing about what caused this problem and the delay in processing my deposit.
