Starpets Balance Top-Up Fails With Security Warning
For the past three days, I have been unable to add funds to my balance on the Starpets app. When I log in through Safari on my iPhone and try to top up using my İş Bankası debit card, I receive the message “Your transaction has been declined for security reasons” every time, and the transaction does not go through. I have tried approximately 10–15 times, but none of the attempts were successful, and no money was deducted from my account.
I cannot find any explanation for why this issue is occurring, and I also cannot find a way to contact Starpets customer service or support. Because of this, I am unable to resolve the problem on my own.
I am requesting an explanation for why these transactions are being declined for security reasons, and that the necessary checks be carried out to fix the issue so that I can successfully add funds to my account.
