UCLA Sweatpants Damaged, Refund Still Not Issued After a Month

I purchased a pair of UCLA sweatpants, but the inner seams tore, and all the lettering peeled off completely. When I contacted the company, they informed me that the product wouldn’t be replaced and that I would receive a refund instead. However, it has been over a month, and I still haven’t received the refund.

I followed up again, but there has been no response or progress regarding my refund. This prolonged delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. Moreover, I’ve never been satisfied with any of the products I’ve purchased from UCLA. I demand that my refund be processed immediately and expect better customer service in handling such issues. This level of service damages trust in the brand.
