Then, on January 3, 2026, at 5:39 PM, I submitted a second withdrawal request for 20,000. For this request as well, the system again shows the status as “paid,” but only 5,000 was actually transferred to my account. The remaining 15,000 was never paid. At this point, a total of 25,000 is still missing and unpaid.
I have contacted live support many times, but they keep telling me that the issue is “under review” and continue to delay without providing a concrete solution, a clear explanation, or a payment date.
