I purchased a UCLA t-shirt from Boyner and wore it once. Following the care instructions to wash it at 30°C, the shirt shrank after washing. I returned the product to Boyner, and they sent it to the UCLA firm for review. After 15 days, I was told it was a "user error," and the shirt was returned to me without resolution.

It is unacceptable for a brand to dismiss a clear product defect and not stand behind its quality. This experience shows a complete lack of customer satisfaction. I will never purchase their products again and will share my experience widely. Additionally, I plan to escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for further action.
