UCLA Hat Faded After Minimal Use—Requesting Replacement or Refund

UCLA Hat Faded After Minimal Use—Requesting Replacement or Refund
16

I purchased a UCLA hat in January 2024, and despite wearing it fewer than 10 times and never putting it in the washing machine, the black front section has completely faded. This is disappointing, especially since I’ve previously shopped with UCLA and always trusted their quality.

A few years ago, the brand even followed up after purchases to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this experience makes me question whether the quality has declined. I expected better durability from a brand like UCLA.

I request a replacement for the defective hat or a full refund. I hope UCLA values its loyal customers and addresses this issue promptly to restore my trust in the brand.
