On July 9, 2023, I purchased a connecting flight ticket from Igdır to Istanbul via Ankara on the Turkish Airlines website, using the same PNR number. I completed my flight, but to my dismay, my suitcase never arrived. With my house keys inside the missing bag, I found myself unable to go home. Desperate, I approached a baggage attendant at Istanbul Airport who made numerous attempts to contact Ankara Airport, but no one answered the phone. Exhausted from my connecting flight, I felt stranded and helpless. My clothes, perfumes, personal hygiene items, and belongings were all in that suitcase. Although a complaint has been filed, there is no certainty as to when it will be located. Today, I could have purchased a ticket with p** Airlines, but I chose to fly with what I thought was a world-class carrier, Turkish Airlines. Now, I deeply regret that decision. I have work tomorrow and urgently need my belongings, but I'm stuck here at the airport, feeling both financially and emotionally devastated. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my luggage while enduring the exhaustion and frustration caused by this airline. This costly experience has left me utterly disappointed, and I vow to never choose Turkish Airlines again. I am suffering both financially and emotionally, clad in sweaty and dirty clothes, anxiously waiting for my baggage, regretting the moment I spent 2,247.81 TL on what I thought was a renowned airline. This ordeal has truly drained me.
