Turkish Airlines TK2312 Flight - Missing Luggage Upon Arrival

On July 17, 2024, I flew from Istanbul Airport to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport on Turkish Airlines flight TK2312, departing at 08:00 AM. The flight landed at 09:15 AM, and I waited approximately 45 minutes for my luggage. During this time, I asked the Turkish Airlines staff why my luggage had not arrived yet, and they told me to wait. When I inquired again, I was informed that my luggage was still in Istanbul and that the earliest flight it could be on would be in 5 hours, or possibly a different flight later in the day. Due to my busy work schedule, I had chosen Alacati as a holiday destination for just 3 days and booked an early morning flight to make the most of my time. However, you completely wasted one of my days. I spent the entire day at the airport waiting for my luggage and am still waiting. While time may not be valuable to you, not even notifying me is unacceptable for a company of your stature. Not delivering my luggage at the arrival time just to accommodate more cargo is incredibly irresponsible. This has happened to me and my spouse a few times before, but this time it was the last straw.
