Turkish Airlines Lost Luggage and Unresolved Issues

On my Turkish Airlines flight TK0633 on 27/06/2023, my luggage was lost, and I spent approximately 2 hours searching for it at the airport without success. Despite my attempts to file a report with the baggage claim unit, no report was filed. Our phone numbers were taken, and we were told that this is a common issue and that the luggage would arrive in a day or two, and we could collect it from the airport. After leaving the airport, I returned about 4 times, and on my fourth visit, I retrieved one of my bags, but the other was still missing. Again, I tried to file a report, but it was not done. They assured me that my other bag would arrive by the next day or the day after, and they would contact me. Despite visiting the airport 4 times, no report was ever filed. When I finally got my bag and returned to the hotel, the food items I had bought for breakfast had melted, and my clothes were unusable. I had to wear the same clothes for about a week in the African heat. On 05/07/2023, I called Turkish Airlines customer service, and they opened a case [2023133842]. I shared all the requested documents with them, and despite the system approving everything, I have called at least 10 times over the past 27 days, and each time they promised a quick response, but no one has contacted me. The last email I received on 25/07 stated that they were sorry for the inconvenience but could not assist me because no report was filed at the destination station. Although they acknowledged the inconvenience I experienced, they stated that they could not provide compensation or resolve my issue due to the lack of a report, despite my multiple visits to the airport and the unusable condition of my luggage after 4 days. The level of customer satisfaction and service from such a large company as Turkish Airlines has been disappointing. I hope they will resolve the issues caused by their shortcomings and address my grievances promptly. This is my expectation and what I believe is appropriate. I trust that Turkish Airlines will take steps to resolve these negative experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
