Turkish Airlines Broken Luggage and Costly Delays


I recently took a flight with Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Rize Artvin Airport in business class on June 22, 2022. Just like before, my luggage was damaged. I missed the Havaş bus because I had to file a report. I had to pay 800 TL for a taxi to get to my destination by 4:30 AM. This is not the first time Turkish Airlines has given me trouble like this. When I told customer service about my problem, they completely ignored me and did nothing to help. They didn't bother to respond until I told people about my experience on sites like Consumer Arbitration Board and CIMER, where they emphasized customer satisfaction. But what they've done in the past shows that they've never really cared about fixing my problems. It took months before my previous complaints were taken care of.
