Turkish Airlines Damaged Baggage Resolution Issue
On September 22, 2023, I reported my damaged baggage at Istanbul Airport. I later sent the report along with the required documents to Turkish Airlines via their website. On October 4, 2023, the report was forwarded to the compensation department. Despite being promised a response within 21 business days and having contacted customer service multiple times, I have yet to receive any feedback. Customer service seems to be ineffective other than marking the case as urgent. Turkish Airlines, which prides itself as Europe's best airline, has left me in this situation for 2 months. I expect the responsible parties to review my complaint and provide a swift resolution. My case number is 2023 22 06 20.
