Turkish Airlines Opened My Luggage, Items Missing

On Monday, August 7, 2023, I had a flight from Tallinn to Istanbul. I traveled with Turkish Airlines. The flight went smoothly, but upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, I was informed that our luggage had not been loaded and that it would be sent to our address if found on subsequent flights. I had another vacation planned soon, and all my belongings were in my suitcase. Anyway, the suitcase arrived within two days. But what did I see? My sweatshirt and shorts that I bought in Tallinn were missing. My suitcase was locked with a three-digit lock. I don't know how they opened it, but my suitcase was opened, and my sweatshirt and shorts were taken. Moreover, instead of locking it again, they attached some kind of plastic thing. By the way, I had two friends with me. Their suitcases were also clearly opened, and checked without our consent, and some items were missing.

This irresponsibility and the problem lie with Turkish Airlines. I demand compensation for my loss. If this issue is not addressed, I will take legal action. Additionally, if addressed, I am ready to provide evidence and send proof.
