In 2019, I purchased a Faber-Castell Vario L 0.7 mm mechanical pencil that was advertised as having a lifetime warranty. I have always handled the pencil with great care. It has never been dropped, exposed to impact, or misused in any way. Despite this, it has once again developed the same lead-breaking problem.

I experienced this issue before, and Adel Kalemcilik, the authorized distributor, repaired the pencil by replacing the tip mechanism under warranty. That repair solved the problem for a while, but after extended use, the pencil has started breaking the lead again. The issue has become severe enough that it is now difficult to write with the pencil.

Because the product was sold with a lifetime warranty, I respectfully request that Faber-Castell inspect my Vario L 0.7 mm mechanical pencil under the warranty program once again. If possible, I would like the pencil to be repaired, or replaced if a repair is not feasible. I expect the lifetime warranty commitment to be honored so that I can continue using the product without experiencing the same recurring problem.
