Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Damaged Another

I traveled with Turkish Airlines on September 3rd from Erzincan to Toulouse via Istanbul. One of my suitcases was lost, which contained frozen natural foods, personal belongings, and clothes. Additionally, my other suitcase arrived damaged. As of today, September 9th, despite completing all required procedures and calling customer service five times, neither my lost suitcase has been found nor has any solution been provided for the damaged one.
I am deeply disappointed with Turkish Airlines' lack of responsiveness and care, and I intend to take legal action from this point forward. I am demanding compensation for both my luggage and the items inside. We choose Turkish Airlines as a national carrier, but the treatment we receive does not reflect the brand's reputation. I urgently expect this negligence to be addressed and rectified immediately.
