Faber-Castell 1425 Pens Keep Leaking Ink

I purchased more than 10 Faber-Castell 1425 needle-point ballpoint pens in blue, pink, and black. I've been using them for the past few months, and every single one has had the same problem. The pens constantly leak ink while I'm writing, leaving ink all over my hands and even staining my clothes. This is not an isolated issue with one pen—every pen I purchased has the same defect.
I tried returning the products to the store where I bought them, but I was unable to do so. Because this appears to be a product quality issue rather than a retailer issue, I want to address my complaint directly to Faber-Castell. Based on my experience, it seems these pens were released without adequate quality control, as the same defect is present across multiple units.
I respectfully request that Faber-Castell replace these leaking pens with equivalent products that do not have this defect. If a replacement is not possible, I would appreciate another fair form of compensation, such as a comparable replacement product or a goodwill gift. I also request a written explanation regarding the cause of this issue and the steps being taken to prevent it from affecting other customers.
