Farmasi Shower Gel Leaked All Over My Order


In my most recent order placed as a Farmasi member, the Farmasi Shower Gel arrived with the cap completely open. Although the shipping box itself was carefully packed, the shower gel had no protective seal, and the cap was fully open when I received it. Previous bottles I purchased were sealed and never leaked during shipping.
Because the bottle was open, the shower gel leaked throughout the package during transit. The liquid soaked the other products, damaged the cardboard packaging, and caused the invoice to stick to the boxes. Since some of these items were intended for my own customers, I was placed in an embarrassing situation. I tried to clean the products, but the packaging and boxes were already damaged. I received the shipment on June 13, 2026, at 1:45 p.m., and I estimate that the damage is approximately $5. The barcode number on the shower gel is 2754541858900.
I have not yet contacted Farmasi customer service or the shipping company regarding this issue. I am requesting that Farmasi compensate me for the damaged products and packaging. Ideally, I would like the affected products to be replaced with new ones, or for another fair solution to be provided to resolve the loss I experienced.
