Turkish Airlines Flight: Missing Luggage Issue
Hello, I had a flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines on July 7th. After landing at Istanbul Airport, we were informed that the luggage was not loaded onto the plane due to the heat. There was no official available to speak with us. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they wanted all passengers to fill out forms in the hot weather without any explanation. Today is the 9th and we still haven't received our luggage. Despite being an award-winning airline with numerous intercontinental flights, they did not feel the need to compensate for the financial and emotional distress caused, even with a call or information. I will follow all legal procedures and do whatever is necessary. I will file complaints against everyone responsible for the missing luggage on that flight and for not delivering it to us after such a long time. For your information.
