Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Missing Luggage Issue

I traveled with Turkish Airlines on 02.05.2024 from Stuttgart to Istanbul. The flight, which was scheduled to depart at 15:15, took off at 16:30. Upon arriving at the baggage claim area with my 23-month-old child, we were informed that our luggage had not arrived. I initially thought it was a joke. We were given a form to fill out, and we were told that our luggage would arrive on the next flight and be delivered to our address the following day. Despite calling at least 15 times on 03.05, it is now 19:36, and we still have not received our luggage, my child's clothes, or his medication, nor do we have any of our own clothing. We were then told that the luggage would arrive in three separate deliveries, which could take up to 5 days. We are now forced to travel from Beylikdüzü to the airport at night, hoping that the luggage arrives. Once we return to Germany, we will take legal action and do everything necessary. Such an issue is not expected from a company like this.
