Turkish Airlines Lost My Bags and Ignored My Complaints for Days




Turkish Airlines is getting worse and worse. I traveled from Istanbul to Abidjan three days ago, but they failed to transport my two bags containing all my belongings and essential medicines. Despite sending complaints every day, nothing has been resolved. It feels like passengers are left helpless, with no clear communication or accountability from the airline. My work has been severely disrupted while waiting for the bags, yet they seem indifferent. I even informed them about the exact location of my bags, still near the boarding gate, and shared their location details, but they showed no concern. Driven by greed, they prioritize shipping cargo over meeting passengers’ needs and fulfilling their rights.
