Turkish Airlines broke my luggage and hasn't responded to my emails. On my flight from Izmir to Istanbul TK 2355 on February 16, my suitcase was damaged, and no one has addressed my complaint. This is very unprofessional of Turkish Airlines. I will never fly with them again, and if you care about your luggage, don't choose them.
