I am extremely frustrated with Turkish Airlines as they have failed to deliver my suitcase despite their promises. Today, when I called, they nonchalantly mentioned that the shipment might have already been sent, as they couldn't locate my file. Now, they guarantee that it will be sent tomorrow. Even though I have important medication that I needed right away, they simply brushed me off and told me to wait for their response to my urgent matter. I can't seem to find my suitcase anywhere. Today, I was unable to obtain the necessary medications, and unfortunately, it seems that I will encounter the same problem tomorrow due to someone's negligence. If my suitcase doesn't arrive tomorrow, I'll take the necessary steps to address the issue with the appropriate authorities.
