Unexpected Extra Day in Paris and Turkish Airlines' Lack of Response
Turkish Airlines canceled our Paris-Istanbul flight due to operational reasons, and the next available flight was a day later, forcing my spouse and me to stay an extra day in Paris. This situation led to additional expenses for us. I submitted feedback to Turkish Airlines to cover our expenses and uploaded all my documents. Despite uploading all my expenses, three weeks have passed and I still haven't received a response. While a couple of friends on the same flight received a payment of €225 per person, we are still waiting. I have called customer service multiple times and requested a response via email, but have not received any reply. It is unacceptable for a company that claims to be the best airline in the world to treat its customers this way. At this rate, they might only be the most indifferent airline in the world.
