Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage Twice—No Compensation Provided

I recently flew with Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Nigeria, and upon arrival, I noticed that the corner of my suitcase was cracked. At first, I didn’t think much of it. However, during my connecting flight from Istanbul to Adana, my luggage was delivered to me completely shattered.
When I filed a complaint with Turkish Airlines, they refused to take responsibility, stating that my luggage was already damaged upon check-in and that the small crack must have worsened over time. This is unacceptable! The airline should compensate me for the damage, as my luggage was completely broken due to mishandling.
I have attached photo evidence of the damage. Has anyone else experienced this? I expect Turkish Airlines to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately!
