I am extremely frustrated with Turkish Airlines as they have failed to deliver my suitcase despite their promises. Today..., when I called, they nonchalantly mentioned that the shipment might have already been sent, as they couldn't locate my file. Now, they guarantee that it will be sent tomorrow. Eve
