Turkish Airlines Baggage Issue on Flight from Kinshasa to Istanbul

I experienced a baggage issue on Turkish Airlines flights. I had a flight with Turkish Airlines from Kinshasa to Istanbul on June 9th. Upon arrival in Istanbul, foreign passengers received their luggage, but Turkish passengers did not. This has happened to me three times this year. What are you transporting instead of the luggage of Turkish citizens that are deliberately not loaded? Today is June 11th, I called and asked when my luggage would arrive, mentioning that I will be traveling abroad tomorrow. They said my luggage has arrived but they can't send it today. You have no right to do this to the public. When the luggage is delivered, it is broken and damaged. What is your purpose, are you testing people's patience? What is your problem? You will deliver my luggage to me today. Whether you send it by special taxi or not is not my concern. This company is managed so selfishly. Deliver my luggage to me today, I do not accept tomorrow!
